Portrait Drawing Course - Beginning Term 4 on Tuesday evenings

Would you like to impress a loved one with a drawing of them?
Then come along and learn how to draw them in a classical style.
It would be a great surprise gift for them for Christmas.
The eight-week course begins on Tuesday evening 10th October at 6.30 - 8.30 pm.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
