Large private upstairs area which includes a bedroom with en-suite, There is a very comfortable queen bed, small dining table and lounge, office area and walk in wardrobe.
The room has a fridge/freezer/coffee maker, office desk and TV/Netflix and free internet.
Share separate toilet and bathroom with one more person.
It's a large house sharing with 3 other guests staying long term, two sweet guys and a girl.
Browns Bay village is 5-10 min walking distance and have anything you need. A nice beach, marked every Sunday, cafes/bars/restaurant, supermarkets and good for shopping etc etc.
North Shore is good for golfing, vineyards, bush walks and nice beaches.
Auckland Central is 15 km away.View the sea from the private balcony and another private balcony overlooks the pool and tropical landscape garden.
Price per week $450 plus $60 expenses (internet, power & water)
