Term 2 Art courses are just around the corner

Megan from MEGANZ School of Visual Arts

Hi everyone,
How are your creative thoughts flowing? Need to refresh them?
Then come along to one of our art courses this coming term.
Or you may want to start by trying a one-on-one class to ease your way into it.
You could also get a few friends together and create your own class. Finding a shared direction that we can facilitate. Options are endless.
At present we have after-school and Saturday morning class times with up to eight in a class, but we can always open up new times, given the interest. We accept students from the age of 9 through to adults.
We do a mix of student and tutor-initiated learning, whereby students will follow us for a time, doing a class project together. Then we throw it over to the students to do whatever each individual would like to do and we follow them.
We mainly revolve around drawing, painting, mixed media and sculpture, and a wee bit of print, but we always like to try new things.
Contact Megan and make a 20-minute appointment before the course starts to let us know what you want to focus on and what materials you will need.
Check out our website for details - www.vizart.co.nz...
Hope to see you and/or your child this coming term. Which will begin from 25th April for 8 weeks.

Cheers
Megan Murphy and Greta Umbers

Time to Tickle Your Thinker 🧠

The Riddler from The Neighbourly Riddler

If a zookeeper had 100 pairs of animals in her zoo, and two pairs of babies are born for each one of the original animals, then (sadly) 23 animals don’t survive, how many animals do you have left in total?
