Kids Summer Camp - 23-25 Jan

The Art Excel Summer Camp is a holiday program run by The Art of Living Foundation for tamariki between age group of 8 - 12 years. The camp primarily focuses on equipping kids with tools to live happier and healthier lives through Yoga, breath work and mindfulness activities.

Regular practice of these tools have shown improved concentration, interpersonal skills and overall wellbeing of children.

This program involves a lot of games, mindfulness activities, expressive art, games and more!! The camp is run amidst nature to enable our tamariki to deepen their connection with nature as well.

We look forward to seeing your little humans at the camp!
