Much appreciated

Tony from Glenfield

Last week on 14 Dec I was at Glenfield Mall and misplaced my Huawai mobile phone and a new case I had purchased. I was told to check with the concierge on the 1st floor which I did and was relieved that some good soul had found them and left them at the Lost and Found. I dont know who the person is but am grateful that the person was honest enough to do the good deed. Whoever you are my sincere thanks for your thoughtful action. Tony Raj

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
