Heartbeats Cardiac Support and Rehab Group Meeting

Heartbeats is a community-based cardiac support and education group for heart event survivors and their families. We have Maori, Pacific, Indian and Asian members.

Groups often have guest speakers from the healthcare sector who have a special interest in heart disease (cardiologists, doctors, cardiac nurses, dietitians, pharmacists). Groups are FRIENDLY and INFORMAL.
There is no fee or charge to come along.
