Getting you closer to nature is our thing. Nature can change your perspective whether it is by the mass of a thundering waterfall or in the presence of a wild kiwi. You will feel alive, reinvigorated, and changed.
Our founders Les and Olive Hutchins felt just that when our journey began in 1954. They pioneered a movement to show people the power of real places and the need to respect and cherish them.

CLOSED WAITANGI DAY 📜 FRIDAY 6th FEBRUARY!
Just a reminder that Friday 6th February is Waitangi Day and we will therefore be closed, as we join the rest of the country in marking the anniversary of the signing of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
We shop will be open as usual on Saturday and Sunday 9:30am - 2:30pm.
