New Honey Variety in stock
On our last buying trip to the South Island we picked up a new variety of honey - Blackcurrant Honey.
This is from hives that pollinate blackcurrant bushes and collect their nectar, it has a definite aftertaste of blackcurrants.
Blackcurrants contain high levels of anthocyanins and anti-oxidants. These support the immune system and help maintain health and well-being. This honey has a light amber colour, it has a refreshing flavour with a hint of spice.
Come in and try it - we do honey tasting.
