Looking for a house rental in surrounding Rangiora area
Hi
Thought I'd post on here, as we have been urgently looking for 6months and still no luck. We would like to provide a stable home for our kids and now ready to settle down in one spot. We are wandering if anyone out there have any rental available in Rangiora area for a family of 4 and an outside cat? We are looking for a 2/3 bedroom house with a garage, long term 5+years. Preferably on the price range between $400-$500pw. We've just recently transferred the kids to Rangiora preschool/school so prefer it to be closer to Rangiora as we only have 1 vehicle and also closer to where i work. We have great references, reliable and are tidy small family. We have look on TM and some are either too far away or too pricey and so far no luck. So fingers crossed 🤞, someone on here, hears of something or someone needing a long term reliable tenant. TIA 😊.
Poll: As a customer, what do you think about automation?
The Press investigates the growing reliance on your unpaid labour.
Automation (or the “unpaid shift”) is often described as efficient ... but it tends to benefit employers more than consumers.
We want to know: What do you think about automation?
Are you for, or against?
-
9.4% For. Self-service is less frustrating and convenient.
-
43.4% I want to be able to choose.
-
47.2% Against. I want to deal with people.
Poll: Would you take a 1.5-hour hike for a shop? 🌿🐦
Canterbury, you have a hidden treasure right on your doorstep ... though it does come with a 1.5-hour walk up the stunning Rakaia Gorge Walkway.
Along the trail you’ll find The Fantail Shop showcasing small artworks by local artisans. Even better, every purchase supports the Fantail Trust, helping protect and restore biodiversity on the north bank of the gorge.
So we’re curious: would you take a 1.5-hour hike for a shop? (And for local biodiversity, of course 🌿)

31.6% Yes!
-
68.4% No thank you.
