Pilates is a form of exercise that works on strengthening the body, with an emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and overall well being.
Private sessions are available in Motueka and Takaka.
A private session is highly recommended if you are beginner, if it has been a while since your last regular training, or if you have conditions that may require modifying exercises. Addresses the basic positions, and good for assessing movement and strength. Telehealth appointments are available for this service.
