AVS 3010+ Car Alarm

Kevan from Awatoto - Meeanee

I bought this a few months ago but now no longer need it.
Brand new, with NZ receipt. Manufacturer AVS warranty of 3 years if professionally installed.
Note: This is the + model.

Description - here is the blurb!

The AVS 3010+ includes all the usual alarm features but also a battery back-up siren and dual stage shock sensor.

The AVS 3010+ also includes two waterproof remotes. Unlike remotes on many basic alarms these waterproof remotes have the same reliability and build quality as the top models. The buttons are clearly marked and easy to push.

Operation

Two waterproof AVS rolling code remotes

Use the popular waterproof AVS remotes to arm/disarm your alarm and lock/unlock the doors. Plus only with AVS do you get a 1-year warranty on your remotes.

Central locking

The alarm can lock/unlock the doors when the alarm is armed/disarmed for easy keyless entry.

Immobilisation

The AVS 3010+ alarm includes two immobiliser circuits. Starter motor and ignition system or fuel pump immobiliser cuts are made so the car cannot be started unless it is disarmed via the remote.

Intrusion Alerts

Dual stage shock sensor

The shock sensor helps protect the body and cabin of the car by giving a warning on a light impact and a full alarm on a heavy impact to the vehicle.

Door, bonnet and boot protection

Battery back-up siren

Price: $150

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
