Emotion Code is an energy healing technique designed to help identify and literally release trapped emotions which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events.
Accunect is a complete energy healing system that can get your body back into balance to heal itself.
Qigong helps you release and maintain good health in mind, body and spirit. It teaches how you can manage your own health and happiness.
Around 90% of illness, disease & pain in body and mind started its life as an emotion. Emotions are energy. Over time blockages can form and unless they are cleared illness, imbalance, disease etc are the results.
Energy can be transformed. It gets stuck. It can get unstuck.
That's where I come in. Using approaches that are different in name but all have the same intention; which is to re-balance and release any blockages that are either causing issues now, or potentially could do.
It's a non-invasive approach that requires only your desire to regain your health in both mind and body. It is achievable!

Staying home over the break?

Toka Tū Ake EQC

The long weekend is the perfect time to make your place safer for an earthquake with these steps:

• Find out where you can turn off your water and gas mains
• Check your chimney for any signs of wear and tear, or damage
• Check your home's foundations are secured
• Move heavy items that are up high to safer, lower down locations.
• Secure tall and heavy furniture and appliances

These simple actions can keep your whānau safer in case of a big shake, so tick them off and make the most of your break.
