New leather boots ( red boots sold)

Julie from Karori

I bought these boots in Auckland , but found they are not a perfect fit for me and I have never worn them.
The red boots are genuine leather with non-slip rubber soles. They are marked as a size 41 (11) which is my size, but they are a too tight when I wear socks, so they are better for someone who is a size 10. The width is medium. $40
The Unisex black boots are suède with an imitation sheepskin lining. Soles are non-slip synthetic. It says size 10 inside, but they are quite big on me ( size 11 W) so that may be a man’s size 10. Great for winter.
$20.

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
