Thyme Honey
We currently have Certified Organic Thyme honey on tap. This wonderful honey is harvested from inland Otago where it grows wild having been brought to NZ by goldminers in the 1800s as a medicinal plant. It has a strong aromatic and pungently herbal flavor and has amazing health benefits.
Thyme is great for soothing coughs and even bronchitis, but it is also an antimicrobial, antibacterial, antiviral herb, and has powerful antioxidants.

Purple Poppy Day to comemorate war animals
