On Friday I attended a concert at the Walter Nash Stadium (brilliant). Not my thing, but enjoyed by the majority. The compare's attire was impressive , as were the orchestra and the guest artists The mayor of Hutt City Council introduced the concert, but who would've known who he was. He was wearing a casual suit and no tie, really. One would've expected to recognise Him by way of his appearance. At the very least he should have worn a tie. Really MR MAYOR if you were at the Wellington town hall you probably would have been wearing a dress suit and your Mayoral chain of office . Volunteers will be scouring the foreshore, riverbanks, and islands for rubbish on Saturday the 13th as part of the Clean Up the Hutt event.
This initiative helps stop plastic from reaching our oceans and makes our waterways cleaner and safer for everyone.
