Need a place to live
Hi Neighbours
My landlord has sold my flat and after living in the same place for many years I am now faced with needing another place to call home. Short or long term tenancy. Must have own bathroom facilities as I have a partial disability and be located preferably in Linwood. I've only ever lived in one rental as I am a stable tenant so I only have the one great reference. Never missed a rent payment and kept up with maintenance. I need a place by mid June at the latest. As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
