Rental Place Required
Hi everyone
After being at my current place for the past six years, a family member is moving into my rental, so I have to find a new place to live. It’s just me - a ‘mature’ (in years only, young on the inside), quiet, easy-going,
non-smoker with no pets. I don’t need much – a one bedroom flat, studio, granny flat. I’m open to anything. If you hear of anything going, can you please let me know. Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it. Have a great day.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

Derelict Tokanui Hospital site in line for a clean-up
Derelict Tokanui Hospital buildings will be demolished and contaminated land cleaned up so the site can be offered back to iwi.
The former psychiatric hospital, southeast of Te Awamutu, sits on land taken from Ngāti Maniapoto under the Public Works Act in 1910.
