Presuming that if and when penlink gets built and they stick with the ludicrous 2 lane road( single lane each way) how is it that its going to cost $830 million when transmission gully which is 20km longer cost 1.2 billion. so transmission gully cost just over 44million km and penlink is going to cost 118 million per km. someone is laughing all the way to the bank.
