How is your strength and balance?
Strength and balance classes are available across Taranaki as part of ACC's Live Stronger for Longer initiative. Hosted by friendly, knowledgeable leaders in neighbourhoods all around Taranaki there is a Strength & Balance session to suit you. Targeted towards older people these sessions offer active options for everyone in a fun and friendly atmosphere - with the chance to share a relaxed cup of tea and biscuit and catch up on all the neighborhood news.
Boosting your strength and balance guards against falls and fractures - helping you keep active and independent for longer. These sessions are making a real difference in people's lives. Why not give one a try?

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
