Used irregularly for approximately 6 months when it was in our holiday home then we moved there and used consistently for 8 months (been stored in spare room since) and then discovered it was too soft for my husbands complex back and hip injuries (though we were told when bought good for injuries because of the flex gel but hubby very heavy man) I find it comfortable with my arthritis and shoulder injuries because i dont get as much pressure on them but we needed something we were both comfortable with so we have bought a new slightly firmer one. still in excellent condition, no stains and mattress protector always used. Paid $4,500 on special, was originally priced $6000 for it with base, and the mattress they said was about $4000 (we are not selling the base) msg me here or ph or txt 0211771885 negotiable p.s. we have not had covid in the house. Surely whoever does this has no conscience. The Sallies do an amazing job of helping people in times of need and they don't need to be spending any money they receive on doing your dirty work, especially at this time of year.
