I am wanting this book but it is no longer in print so cannot buy it from a bookstore. I am hoping that there maybe someone who no longer wants their copy and would either sell it or give it to me.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
