Did they pass the test?

Lisa Parfitt from Team Parfitt Property

“Wow, what a cake!” Lisa’s analogy of selling a house is not unlike a cake recipe – the right ingredients in the right proportions & right timing.

Wayne & Lisa are a formidable team, each using their strengths in the process of selling our home. Their communication with us was excellent throughout. Wayne was very reassuring & understanding when the anxiety bug hit, the reality of it all, after being in our home for almost 16 years. Lisa & Wayne were entirely professional in assisting us through the process. Lockdown viewing conditions certainly increased their workload, but they did it! We would like to sincerely thank you both for your hard work & friendly engagement with us during this time of selling our home. You are an awesome team.

We highly recommend Wayne & Lisa for their very professional & successful teamwork.”

Poll: Should you ask before planting tall shrubs/trees near your property line?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

It may be fine now but in a few years trees can block out light or views for neighbours.

Do you think neighbours should ask before they go ahead and plant these?
