Cat items for rescues update!
Update on the cat food/items drive! I have received a lot of donations from very generous people, and I have been adding to it here and there. There is a lot to sort through and I want to match the items to the rescues who said they needed particular items. It's likely I'll be getting touch with said rescues after Christmas, but before New Year's.
I am very happy and grateful about the response it got! I will do this again next year, but start sooner to hopefully collect more and to allow more rescues/ers to participate. :)

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
