REMINDER: You and yours are invited to share the joy of Christmas (yes it is just around the corner!) at the open home of Sue and Alan Airay. This year the chosen charity is Good night sleep tight charitable Trust. We will be open Sat Dec 4th & Sun the 5th, 10am - 3pm. Please gather up your friends and family and come along to 49 Malcom Ave in Beckenham to enjoy this wonderful event. Entry is just $5 per adult, children free. Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
