Woodall Pumping Track Action Update.
Devonport Rotary is pleased to announce that the Woodall park pump track is starting to shape up nicely thanks to generous support from Gill and Gundry, Fitzi Drainlayer and enthusiastic locals who attended a recent working bee.
With the help of a digger and manual labour, the foundation metal was laid. Covid and the festive season will, unfortunately, delay getting clay on site to shape the track but it is expected to happen at the end of January.
In the meantime, Work will continue and soon the Jump start will take shape. Dean Coleman a well-known local lad, from Spiral Drillers is organising to drive timber foundation piles for the Jump Start structure around the 9th or 10th December.
We will give a heads up of the date so do come on down and have a look and learn how it’s done.
This exciting project will be a great place to take your kids and grandkids and we do still need funds to get this project across the line. Please think about supporting this project by donating to our Givealittle page givealittle.co.nz......

The Press investigates the growing reliance on your unpaid labour.
