We're indoors this week

Marty Sebire from Carterton Farmers' Market

As the weather is going to be wet and blustery this weekend, we've managed to find an indoor location to keep out the elements. This Sunday we will be operating from the old RD1 building at 112 High St South.

REMEMBER YOUR MASK. Head on down for your veges and produce from:

Locavore Farm Carterton:
We have fennel this week, a versatile vege, you can use the tops in a salad, and try the bulb roasted... Other spray-free compost grown produce for this week includes chinese cabbage, mini daikon, florence fennel, jerusalem artichoke, kohlrabi, baby leeks, lettuce, miners lettuce, parsnips, pumpkin, radishes, silverbeet, turnips and free range eggs

Greytown Gold:
Julie has Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dukkah, Hazelnuts, roasted & in shell, Feijoas, Lemons & Rhubarb this week.

Helen's Honey:
We have been selling local honey for over 8 years. We have a large range of honey from mild, floral Meadow, through fruity Bush, to our delicious, full-bodied Premium Bush, all at very reasonable prices.

Honey may be purchased in 500g or 900g pots, for $10 or $15, or larger 2.5 and 5kg containers by arrangement. We offer an Eco-Friendly container filling service, where you provide the container and we fill it with your choice of honey, (available by arrangement, not on site at the Market).

Helen will also have some of Elwin Farm s products, including some plants, seeds, eggs and daffodils.

Garden For Life:
Helen’s produce this week at her Garden for Life stall includes: miner’s lettuce, mizuna, mustard salad, spinach, silver beet, NZ spinach, red and green sorrel, parsley, white sage, lemons, grapefruit, whole and shelled hazelnuts, walnuts, Autumn Road quail eggs, and Boly’s organic stoneground flour.

She’ll also have seedlings: red lettuce, lime green mizuna, sweet peas, lotsof vege and flower seeds, indoor and outdoor plants, including raspberrys and grapes, her EverGrow plant bags, and Bokashi buckets and refill bags of Zing.

Hensons Garden:
Wilf will have Potatoes, Yams, Cauli, Broccoli, Leeks, baby leeks, Red and green cabbage, Carrots, Parsnip, Brown and red onions, Eggs, Walnuts, Oranges, Beetroot, pumpkin, and seed potatoes.

Adrianne:
Returning to the market this week, Adrianne will have her beautifully crafted dolls and other creations available to buy - a great gift!

Jenny Abbott:
Jenny will have her eclectic range of plants, from fruit trees to natives, succulents to flowers.

We look forward to seeing you! Here's the address/map:
