Rates rebate application forms
I have just done a search on the Horowhenua District Council web site looking for the Rates Rebate Application form. It took a bit of searching but eventually I found it and ran off a copy for myself and my neighbour. The council offices may not be open to the public in level 3

Howdy neighbours, we are on the lookout for a caravan to buy. Just a wee cute retro one would be awesome. We just want it for a spare room. Hopefully someone local might have one or even two for us 🤞 .
