Drinking less water in the winter?
We tend to drink less water in this colder weather. Dehydration can lead to headaches, brain fog and fatigue. To keep hydrated and flush your system add some lemon or lime juice or brew your favorite herbal tea with filtered water. Im more inclined to drink more at room temperature, so I stay away from the fridge filter. Keep taking your water bottle with you when out and about. You'll reach for it more often than not if it's with you!
