Attention Renters
If you are renting are you aware that if you pay for the water you use in your contract, you are only responsible for the top two amounts on your Watercare bill. The bottom amount is the responsibility of the landlord. If you paid this amount for some years it will have added up to hundreds of dollars. If you are in this situation please check out the amounts you have paid as the landlord must repay this to you. Don't be fobbed off as this is not legal.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
