No Time to Die - A movie night fundraiser with our friends Light House Cinema

Hello friends! We’re putting on another movie night event fundraiser! This time, our movie fundraiser evening will be held at the Light House Cinema on Sunday 3 October at 8:30pm at 29 Wigan St Te Aro. Tickets will be $20 each. Please arrive early at 8pm for a mix and mingle and for the raffle draw.

The movie shown for the fundraiser will be the upcoming spy film “No Time to Die,” part of the James Bond series! Starring Daniel Craig, this will be his fifth outing as the fictional British MI6 agent James Bond.

We’ll be carrying out a raffle draw for the evening. Raffle tickets will be $2 each or $5 for 3 tickets. We have got some amazing prizes lined up for the lucky winners which will be drawn on the evening!

Some of our prizes include:

- 1 x $150 Vivo Hair gift voucher, for hair services up to the value of the $150 at any Vivo Salon
- 1x $50 Countdown supermarket voucher
- 1x Lighthouse Cinema complementary voucher- which may be redeemed for one admission to a 2D or 3D session at Light House cinema

We may also have a spot prize for the evening, so keep an eye out!

To book/purchase tickets for the evening, you can do this via:

- Purchasing directly from Diabetes Information Centre, we’re open 10am-4pm week days at Level 1 Anvil House 138-140 Wakefield Street, Wellington City.
- Emailing us at Office@diabeteswellington.org.nz and we will provide you with our bank account number to transfer how many tickets you would like

Gather the troops, your friends and family and come witness a action packed evening and an epic adventure, all for a good cause! Lock that date in and we can’t wait to see you there!

Learn self-defence through Hapkido Family Martial Arts

We provide a safe and friendly environment to learn Hapkido martial art. You will learn how to defend yourself, gain confidence to walk away from trouble and how to handle yourself if you can’t.

Hapkido Martial Arts classes for Juniors (school years 4-8) and Seniors (all ages 13+) – teaches self-defence, discipline, confidence and fitness.

We run three Senior classes a week: Monday and Thursday 6-7.30pm and Saturday 10-11.30am. And for Juniors on Saturday 10-11am.

This is a good time for kids to join our Junior class as in the past weeks four kids have started.

We are at Club K, 65 Salamanca Road, Kelburn. There is adequate free parking available.

Each Senior Class includes males and females, beginners through to black belts.
