Introvert Wellbeing Workshop

Danielle Muller from Epsom Community Centre

On Saturday 28th August, The New Think will be hosting an Introvert Wellbeing workshop at Epsom Community Centre!

It’s not easy to live at a pace that aligns with introvert wellbeing in our busy modern lives. Even though the research shows that 1 out of every 2 people is introverted, we live in a society which values the outgoing assertiveness of extroverts over the deep-thinking observations of introverts. That’s why this workshop is all about shedding light on the introvert/extrovert dimension of personality; giving you the info and tips to tailor your self-care and social interactions to suit your personality, and learn how to thrive as an introvert!
