Rent to Own Home
Does anyone know of a 'rent-to-own' a home situation in the Waipa/Waikato area? Looking for someone who has a good stable job but first home buyer and struggling to get on the market. We thought they could explore this option. They ideally would love a run-down wee country home, so it doesn't have to be flash; just putting it out there. Thanks for your consideration.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
