Baking fresh German bread Friday, 11th June. Baking by order only - deliver within Taupo
Hello, Taupo neighbours and friends :)
I am baking fresh German-style bread again this coming Friday, 11th June.
My loaves are all individually hand-crafted one by one, no bread machine involved, just my bare hands.
I do NOT add any additives, preservatives, or sugars to my loaves (apart from the fruit loaf of course) - that's why they only keep fresh for about 3-4 days. But you can easily freeze the loaves, either by halves or slices.
You can choose from 8 different styles - there are keto- and gluten-friendly options, sweet-tooth options, wholegrain healthy loaves, etc. available - something for everyone 😋 Just text or call me for more info. Prices start from $8.50 a loaf.
Order by latest Thursday, 10th 4 pm by either text or phone to 021 0252 1343.
I will deliver within Taupo township - prices include delivery.
Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
