That’s the question the folks behind Untamed Earth Organic Farm in Leeston, Canterbury, are hoping to answer at their open day on Sunday.
Sibling farmers Ollie and Penny Platt, alongside business partner Isaac Green, will share tips and tricks for growing good produce and the challenges of sustaining organic food production when they open the gates of their 10-hectare farm to the public.
