It’s a high interest topic that seems to be in a lot of minds right now. From short term anxiety and the benefits (yes, benefits) it brings us, to long term anxiety and coping strategies we can use, this will be an informative and useful presentation.
Hypnotherapist Vicky Santiago and NLP Life Coach Melanie Medland are jointly presenting a very small fraction of their collective knowledge of anxiety.
We’ll be covering how our brains work to keep us safe and what we can do to keep our mindset positive during these constant changes. Plus, how to look out for and support others.

Two presenters = two draws
Vicky is gifting an emotional clearing session
Melanie is gifting a one on one goal setting session

Everyone welcome, this is an open group, come along if you can, look forward to seeing you there!
