Farewell to The Warehouse
Today as I wandered through The Warehouse at Whangaparaoa, now very bare, with stock down to minimum, packing up all around, I thought how sad it was. Our trusted shop with staff who had been there up to 15yrs, is virtually no more. This saddens me, and I am not happy to drive all the way to mill water. To all those staff that have served us so well, I say goodbye, and wish you all the best for your new positions.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
