Beef mince recalled in Tauranga
Pak'n Save Tauriko is recalling a batch of its own branded NZ Beef Mince due to the possible presence of white latex fragments.
In a statement released yesterday, the Ministry for Primary Industries advised customers not to consume the product and to return them back to Pak'n Save Tauriko for a full refund. There have been no reports of associated injury.
What you need to know:
- The official product title is Pak’n Save Tauriko brand NZ Beef Mince and it was packed in various weights of approximately 1kg.
- The best before date is 04/12/2020.
- The possible presence of latex is due to the gloves that employees wore when packaging the product.
