RRR-Rescue, Revive, Rehome adoption afternoon

Liz from Papamoa Beach

Come along on Saturday 19 December 2.30-5.00 p.m., to adopt a RRR- rescue feline!

We will be doing Adoptions of kittens/cats in Papamoa with appointment times for families. Two to three families will be given a 1/2 hour slot to view the felines and make their selection. Phone us to request a time ph 0210778665. Adopting this way rather than adoption days is extremely time-consuming, however, we find it nicer for all involved including the kittens, who are our priority.
We do not have Eftpos, so cash or ideally bank transfer is acceptable.
All our felines are de-sexed, had their first vaccination, are micro-chipped, have been vet health checked, and are up to date with flea and worm treatments. The adoption fee is $185.00. Venue and address will be given when you phone. See you soon!

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?

Poll: As a customer, what do you think about automation?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Press investigates the growing reliance on your unpaid labour.

Automation (or the “unpaid shift”) is often described as efficient ... but it tends to benefit employers more than consumers.

We want to know: What do you think about automation?
Are you for, or against?
