Hi neighbours. I am looking to chat with rural Aucklanders who rely on tank water for a story I'm writing for the Sunday Star Times.
Some residents faced a two-month wait for water deliveries last summer. Are you worried your tank will run dry this summer? What precautions have you taken to ensure you won't run out of water?

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
