Primary School Maths and Science?
The most damning report ever out on the maths and science achievement levels of our primary/intermediate school students. Sadly we see this every day, regardless of the reasons (and there are many very obvious ones), the simple facts are, kids are missing out. This report confirms our experience; very few students entering high school are at the expected level in maths and most have done hardly any science. At FOCUS, we offer teacher led programmes to try and ensure our students have the base skills expected for Y9 in maths and in written language. Buses can be a relaxing way to get home if you have a seat and enough space. However, it can be off-putting when someone is taking a phone call next to you.

Hawke's Bay Show 2025
Something for you to consider for next year. There needs to be a lot more entries in the show as it was quite disappointing to see how few there were this year. Townies can enter these competitions, it's not just for country folk. folding canvas wardrobe
