Awash with Colour is a group of Franklin artists who meet weekly to paint together. "Nostalgia" is our second Exhibition - running from November 30 - December 18th from 9.30am - 4.30pm in the Community Gallery of the Franklin Art Centre, Pukekohe - so please do pop in for a look, as you just might find that Christmas present for someone special!!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

The festive season is upon us and as such our opening hours will look a little different over the coming weeks. This will give our team a chance to take a much-needed break and spend quality time with their whānau and friends.
