tai chi coming into town. great news and thanks to all those folk who have helped us in our endeavour to find new premises to practise our tai chi.

We are moving to Rosebery Mall on Tuesday 1st December.
Our classes will continue as for now,
Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday mornings 9.30 Tuesday evening 5.30 with more times to be offered for next year's programme.
Come along and have a look, join in and see if you are interested in becoming a member. Great for balance, bone structure, cardio, circulation and general overall good health.
all fitness levels catered for.

Say goodbye to tyre waste

Tyrewise

About 40% of the 6.5 million tyres Kiwis use every year are recycled, repurposed, or used as tyre-derived fuel. But the rest end up in landfills, stockpiled or dumped.
