Wilson forced to sell Wellington car parks
Wilson Parking will be forced to sell the leases on three large parking buildings in Wellington following an investigation into alleged anti-competitive behaviour.
The company agreed to the sale as part of a settlement, following the Commerce Commission investigation.
The settlement agreement does not include any admission of fault on the part of Wilson Parking.
The commission filed proceedings in the High Court in 2018 after Wilson Parking acquired the rights to operate the Capital car park in Boulcott St.
