Labour day rubbish collections
Monday is Labour day! 🌞
While most of us holiday - rubbish and recycling collections will take place as normal on Monday. Both Transfer Stations are also open, just note they start a little later on Monday - at 9am.
When you see the team at work on Monday, give them a big smile and a thumbs up 👍

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
