Karori Lions and Karori Rotary joint Book Fair
We are pleased - and very relieved - to be able to confirm a revised date for our annual joint community fundraising project - The Book Fair - to be held in the Karori Baptist Church Hall, Marsden Village on Thursday and Friday, 13th and 14th November, at the times indicated on the poster, below.
We have a great selection of books, so mkae a note of the date to bring along your money or EFTPOS Card and a big bag to carry away your purchases. You'll find lots of very sought-after titles, and some big surprises!

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
