Do you think Mangonui's waterfront is safe?
An 89-year-old local, Anthea Janet Goodwin, died after falling into shallow water from Waterfront Rd in Mangonui, in an area with no boardwalk and no railing. Locals have previously called the spot an accident waiting to happen and are now urging improvements, including an extension to the boardwalk. Do you think it is safe? Have you ever had any accidents or near-misses in the area? (Please put NFP if your comment is not for publication.)
