Lockdown news - Weymouth Residents and Rate Payers Incorporated Society
During the lockdown, which some experts say may well last up to three weeks, the Weymouth Residents and Rate Payers is open as usual.
Neighbours helping neighbours is the best way to get through this emergency. Please keep an eye out for the needs of people and pets.
Our official email address is weymouthresidents@gmail.com so please feel free contact us.
Meanwhile, beware of false claims and fake news purporting to be from the society. I believe the people doing this are well meaning but misguided.
Best wishes
Dene Andre
Chairman 2019-2021

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
