Heartbeats Meeting Next Tuesday at Hibiscus Community House, Orewa
Heartbeats Hibiscus Coast, cardiac support group for heart event survivors, their partners, family and whanau meets the first Tuesday of each month at the Hibiscus Community House (behind the Estuary Arts Centre) at 10:00am .
Next meeting is Tuesday 4th August and our guest speaker is Tania Adams, Pharmacist and owner of Unichem Pharmacy, Manly, who will be speaking about heart medications and side-effects.
COME ALONG AND MEET OTHERS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED A HEART EVENT and 'share the journey'.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
