Will be an educational 30 minute, small group experience focused around unlocking your movement patterns & potential, restoring & realigning the human body through developing the key pillars of human movement - mobility, stability, flexibility, strength, neuromuscular control, balance and proprioception,
A class designed to prepare your body and enhances movement function and overall performance at the gym. See you there.
