The human body is about 72% water. So it goes without saying that proper hydration is the key to peak performance. It is imperative that you drink water every day for optimal health. You need clean water that is free of pollutants, mineral-rich, & has a positive pH level. The filter process in a lot of bottled waters eliminates all minerals, whether harmful or beneficial, leaving you no real benefits from drinking water bottled water.
